your animals be cared for in the home environment. Relax with

PET SITTING SERVICES ARE IDEAL FOR
- geriatric pets.
- pets with medical issues that must be monitored.
- young puppies still in the process of house breaking.
- pets not accustomed to remaining alone overnight.
CARE FOR YOUR PET INCLUDES
- 30+ minutes of personal attention and care per visit.
- safety and contentment of a comfortable home environment.
- convenience of normal daily routine for feeding, exercise,
water, and medications.
CARE FOR YOUR HOME INCLUDES
- bringing in mail, newspapers, flyers, and packages.
- alternating lights and blinds.
- watering houseplants.
- controlling home temperature and setting security systems.
- moving trash to/from curbside.
PRICE LIST
- Consultation: $15
- Mid-day Dog Walk: $15 per visit

Our pet care center is the place where your dog can interact
with other dogs in a safe and controlled environment under supervision. Your dog can play all day with us and then spend
a relaxing evening at home with you just when you're ready to
unwind from a hard day of work.
We LOVE puppies but cannot accept puppies under 16 weeks of
age into our program as they are susceptible to contracting illness.
While such puppies may not be eligible for day care, they remain
ideal candidates for our daily Pet Sitting services.
DOG DAY CARE SERVICES ARE IDEAL FOR
- high energy dogs who need a place to channel all that energy
while you're at work.
- young dogs needing to develop socialization skills
- dogs who suffer from separation anxiety.
- dogs you wish to spoil with attention and affection.
CARE FOR YOUR PET INCLUDES
- an environment where your dog plays all day with other dogs.
- lots of exercise to promote health, well-being, and longevity
for your dog.
- a well trained staff to supervise and play with the dogs
throughout the day.
- an outside fenced area where dogs are taken throughout the
day.
- therapeutic dog beds to nap alongside their buddies.

Our pet care center is the place for your pet when business
or vacation takes you away from the area. In our "cage-free" boarding
environment, dogs are grouped with others best suited for their
temperament. During the day, they play with staff and other dogs
both inside in our play rooms as well as outside in our fenced
yard. With all day entertainment and fun-filled activity, it's
like a vacation for your dog while you're away on vacation or
a business trip.
CAGE-FREE BOARDING SERVICES ARE IDEAL
FOR
- active and high energy dogs.
- young dogs.
- dogs who have never been crated.
- dogs you wish to spoil while you're away.
- dogs who suffer from separation anxiety.
CARE FOR YOUR PET INCLUDES
- an environment where your dog plays all day with other dogs.

Full service grooming at our pet care facility in Fairfax Station
is scheduled by appointment. Choose from
our full groom, bath, or individual services.
FULL GROOMING INCLUDES
- bath, shampoo and cream rinse
- sprits, nail trim, ear cleaning
- towel dry and blow dry
- mat removal, scissor shaping around the body and tail, full
body shave if needed.
- brush and comb coat, trim hair around paw pads, face, ears,
and tummy.
- scarf or bow.
BATH INCLUDES
- bath, shampoo and cream rinse

- Are you catching an early morning flight and don’t
have time to drop your pet off for cage-free boarding?
- Do you need assistance getting your pet to and from the vet?
- Is your dog in need of grooming, but you just can’t seem
to fit it in your schedule?
All special animals entrusted to us are transported with the
greatest of care. We use dog seat belts, crates, or secured areas
in the vehicle to ensure that your pet travels safely to and
from their destination. Our transporter will call you to confirm
the transfer and to let you know your pet has arrived safely.
PRICE LIST
- to and from our center is $9 within a five mile radius and
$2 for each additional mile outside of the five mile radius.
- to your veterinarian or anywhere other than our pet care
facility the same rates apply plus $15 per hour if we stay
with your pet.

Affectionate Pet Care believes in and practices in the philosophy of Positive Reinforcement Dog Training. Our training programs are designed around these effective methods. We believe that the importance of training and education can mean the difference between a healthy and happy relationship between you and your dog, and a struggle with the demands of your canine child. Affectionate Pet Care Center has recently renovated and expanded our facility to add a new training studio with tiled floors, new windows, and a clean and neat unique training facility where owners and their dogs can enjoy the pleasure of dog training classes and get-togethers. We also have a large grass yard where Agility classes are held. We are pleased to introduce you to our trainers who can positively offer you fun and results for you and your dog
Jessi's extreme passion for dog training is revealed in her enthusiastic presentations in her classes and encounters with her clients. Jessi's 8 years of experience teaching dogs ranges from rehabilitating rescue dogs to regain confidence and overcome fears to advanced training like dog sports, such as Flyball and Agility. She has succeeded in training dogs to be superb family pets, commercial stars, flyball, agility, & obedience competitors, and titled Canine Good Citizens. She has also handled dogs on film and theater production sets.
Her vast experiences qualifies her to teach your dog anything you would like to accomplish, and allows her to teach owners how to raise their puppy to become a confident, mannerly adult canine citizen, help their adolescent dog gain self control, or refine training and reach advanced goals with positive reinforcement techniques. From Pit Bulls to Pekinese, if you have a question, Jessi has the answer.
Jessi lives in Fairfax with her four Beagles, Boarder Collie mix, and various foster children. Jessi offers her home & expertise to homeless dogs from several rescue organizations.
Nadja, a former Dog Supervisor and Staff Manager at APC Center graduated from Tarheel Canine Inc. Dog Training school in May 2007 where she studied and practiced dog training in every possible form. She received her Master Certification in Obedience. She is a Certified Police Canine Trainer and Instructor.
She fully trained dogs from start to finish in obedience, detection, search and rescue, practical agility, trailing for missing persons, evidence search, handler protection, criminal apprehension, tactical building and area search, felony vehicle stops, narcotics detection, explosives detection, and cadaver recovery. In addition, she has also had classroom instruction on selection testing for police dog candidates, tactical deployment, case law, record keeping, court testimony, building searches, narcotics and explosives detection, obedience and behavior modification. She learned and practiced decoy techniques.
She attended Graham NC, Police Department, NTPDA certification, and Baltimore MD, PSA Decoy camp (3/21-3/22 2007). Nadja has worked with dogs in several capacities and therefore can offer much to help you with your canine problem child. She has had success in individual sessions with dogs at the center. Nadja lives in Fairfax with her two German Shepherds Jager and Panzer.
